- All attendees of conference sessions, including presenters must be registered. At least one listed author on any accepted technical paper must be registered as Regular Registration.
- Regular Registration includes all events in the conference, breaks, exhiits, lunch and banquet.
- Students Registration includes paper presentation, professional seminars, breaks, lunch and exhibits.
- Extra $125 of non-membership fee will be applied towards ½ year membership of IEEE.
- All checks, money orders, charges are payable to "IEEE EIT 2006 Conference".
