Call for Papers

General Information

The 2006 IEEE International Electro/Information Technology Conference, sponsored by the IEEE Region 4 (R4), is focused on basic/applied research results in the fields of electrical and computer engineering and their applications to areas such as Homeland Security, Life Sciences and Automotive Technology. The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners in academia and industry to exchange ideas for solving problems that are increasingly multidisciplinary. The program will feature keynote presentations by prominent researchers in the field. In addition to pier reviewed paper sessions, there will be panel discussion, tutorials, exhibits, and professional activity tracks. The best contributed paper will be given an award.

Submission Procedures

Please submit the full paper in electronic form as a PDF file to the EIT-Conference Website. The full paper should not exceed six(6) pages and it should comply with the standard IEEE conference format. The title page should include the names of author(s), their affiliation including IEEE membership; mailing address as well as the phone number, fax number and email address of the primary contact author. All the submitted papers will be peer reviewed with respect to their quality, originality and relevance. All presented papers will be published and archived in the IEEE-Xplore database. Important Dates

Notification of acceptance: March 17th, 2006
